Throughout our time we have managed over 1000 tenancies and with that comes a wealth of knowledge and experience but we are always keen to learn and take on feedback from our tenants.

We have a full maintenance system called Fixflo which manages all maintenance within your home and the communal areas, once you move into one of our properties you will be sent a link to join the system.

 

We use an online system called Blinc for our pre-tenancy management, which includes referencing, paperwork and all tenancy documentation.

 

We use a fully online inventory system which is used to generate the inventories when a tenant first moves into one of our homes and then can be used to update any changes or alterations in the first 2 weeks of their tenancy.

 

Your deposit is protected within the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), within 30 days of the start of the tenancy.  It then remains within the DPS until the end of tenancy when your check out inspection is completed and then both parties need to agree to its release.
