Welcome to Open Solutions, and welcome to your new home!
We are a private landlord managing over 400 homes within the Northwest, Wales and Yorkshire.
We manage a full range of properties from 1-bedroom apartments to large 3-bedroom houses. In addition to letting and managing a full range of properties, we also look after the block management of the communal areas within these blocks.
The company was set up in 2013 and since then we have worked tirelessly to find and source well located and maintained properties. We look to offer great homes for all our tenants.
